Registration and Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>


<\/b>Youth Theatre Helsinki<\/b>

Binding registration<\/b><\/p>

Registration for Youth Theatre Helsinki workshops is binding. By completing the registration form, you commit to participating in the workshop and agree to pay the full workshop fee.<\/span><\/p>

The workshop fee is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued after sign-up, except as described below.<\/span><\/p>

Exception: serious illness<\/b><\/p>

If your child is unable to attend due to serious illness, you may apply for a full refund. To do so:<\/span><\/p>

  • Contact us in writing at youththeatrehelsinki@gmail.com as soon as possible.<\/span><\/li>
  • Provide a doctor\u2019s note confirming the illness and the dates affected.<\/span><\/li>
  • Refund requests must be submitted no later than the first day of the workshop.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the required documentation.<\/span><\/p>

    Other exceptional circumstances<\/b><\/p>

    In the event of other unforeseen and exceptional circumstances beyond your control, please contact us at youththeatrehelsinki@gmail.com<\/span>
    <\/span>We will consider each situation individually at Youth Theatre Helsinki\u2019s discretion.<\/span><\/p>

    Workshop cancellation by Youth Theatre Helsinki<\/b><\/p>

    In the unlikely event that Youth Theatre Helsinki must cancel a workshop, all registered participants will receive a full refund. We will notify families as early as possible.<\/span><\/p>
