We’re excited to offer Youth Acting Workshop, March 7th & 8th
It will be a weekend full of acting, play and creativity for kids and teens age 10-17 in Helsinki!
This two-day workshop focuses on Character and Scene Work and is open to both newcomers who want to try acting for the first time and students with previous experience who want to deepen their skills.
At Youth Theatre Helsinki, we explore acting, physical theatre, improvisation, and storytelling in a fun, creative, and supportive environment.
CHARACTER AND SCENE WORK
During the weekend we will explore:
Building characters from posture, movement, rhythm, and voice
Discovering a character’s inner wants, relationships, and motivations
Developing presence, imagination, and confidence on stage
Scene study through script, improvisation and guided exercises
Workshop Schedule:
Saturday 7th of March 10:30 – 15:00 – including 30 minutes lunch break
Sunday 8th of March 10.30 – 15.00 – including 30 minutes lunch break
