Binding registration

Registration for Youth Theatre Helsinki workshops is binding. By completing the registration form, you commit to participating in the workshop and agree to pay the full workshop fee.

The workshop fee is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued after sign-up, except as described below.

Exception: serious illness

If your child is unable to attend due to serious illness, you may apply for a full refund. To do so:

• Contact us in writing at youththeatrehelsinki@gmail.com as soon as possible.
• Provide a doctor’s note confirming the illness and the dates affected.
• Refund requests must be submitted no later than the first day of the workshop.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the required documentation.

Other exceptional circumstances

In the event of other unforeseen and exceptional circumstances beyond your control, please contact us at youththeatrehelsinki@gmail.com
We will consider each situation individually at Youth Theatre Helsinki’s discretion.

Workshop cancellation by Youth Theatre Helsinki

In the unlikely event that Youth Theatre Helsinki must cancel a workshop, all registered participants will receive a full refund. We will notify families as early as possible.
