Acting Classes for Kids and Teens in Helsinki — Autumn 2026
Youth Theatre Helsinki offers weekly acting classes in English for children and teenagers aged 10–17 in Helsinki. Our autumn term runs from September to December 2026, with classes held at Reprum in Jätkäsaari.
Whether your child is stepping onto a stage for the first time or looking to develop their skills further, our classes offer a fun, creative, and supportive environment to explore theatre, build confidence, and make new friends.
What We Offer

Choose between Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Saturdays.
All classes are taught in English, making them a great option for international families, bilingual children, and any young person who wants to practise and develop their English in a creative setting.
Acting Classes

Who Is This For?
Our classes are open to any child or teenager aged 10–17 living in or around Helsinki. No prior experience in theatre or acting is needed — only curiosity, energy, and a willingness to play. We welcome children from all backgrounds, and no child will be turned away due to cost. Youth Theatre Helsinki classes are taught entirely in English, making them particularly well suited to: International and expat families in Helsinki Bilingual children and teenagers Finnish children wanting to develop their English in a creative context Any young person with an interest in drama, performance, or storytelling
